Michael's current interests include as a Partner of Rampersand, an early-stage Australian technology venture capital organisation and Co-Chairman of Hindal Corporate, a specialised advisory and investment service for private, high net worth clients.
Following the acquisition of Hindal Corporate in 2008 by Credit Suisse, he served as an Executive Director of the bank for over a decade, providing strategic advice to family offices and facilitating the group's private banking functions.
Prior to 2008, Michael served as the CEO of the Pratt Group for over a decade and a half, working closely with the legendary family across their business interests, including as General Manager of Visy Industries.
Other notable roles Michael has held include as a Director of Corporate Finance for Hill Samuel, the precursor to Macquarie Bank, a Director of Becton Property Group, the former property behemoth founded in a partnership between Michael Buxton and Max Beck, and President of the Jewish National Fund of Australia to name a few.
