Play a pivotal role in transforming a prominent foreshore precinct in the heart of the city by activating Queens Wharf West, a publicly owned waterfront asset with a high-quality hospitality and lifestyle offering.
While this opportunity focuses on the western building, it also supports the long-term revitalisation of the broader Queens Wharf precinct, inline with the City of Newcastle’s adopted foreshore masterplan and complementary projects such as the NSW Government’s Honeysuckle HQ. Together, these initiatives will reinvigorate the Hunter River foreshore as a destination of choice for Newcastle and the wider Hunter region.

The City of Newcastle is now inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from interested parties with the vision, experience, capability and capacity to deliver the project, meet City of Newcastle’s objectives and respond to community feedback.
