KNIGHT FRANK is growing its Project Management team, with a new appointment.
Larry Wagenheim has joined the agency in the role of Director, Project Management and Building Consultancy, based in the Sydney office.
He brings 15 years of experience in property to Knight Frank as a project manager.
Before joining Knight Frank, Larry held several senior project management positions at Westpac Group Property, where he worked for six years, and prior to that at APP Corporation after starting his career at Multiplex.
Knight Frank Head of Project Management Andrea Brown said the Larry’s appointment would facilitate the expansion of Knight Frank’s Project Management team and capabilities.
“Larry will be an important addition to the Project Management and Building Consultancy team at Knight Frank as we embark on a period of accelerated growth,” she said.
“He will be strengthening our capability in New South Wales, allowing us to unlock more opportunities for our clients and guide them through the end-to-end process of a project, ensuring a successful outcome.
“Larry’s extensive project management experience will bring a fresh perspective to the team, which will ensure we continue to provide strategy and solutions to our clients in line with their expectations.
“He will support a wide range of projects and clients, and will assist in reviewing and improving our technology platforms.”
