WEDNESDAY 22ND APRIL, PERTH WA I Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of Hungry Jack’s Dayton at 153 Isoodon Street, Dayton for $4,100,000, underscoring the continued strength of investor demand for quick service restaurant (QSR) assets across Western Australia.
Located within the recently completed Dayton Service Centre precinct, the property occupies a prominent position in Perth’s north-eastern growth corridor, approximately 24 kilometres from the CBD. The precinct is strategically positioned to service one of the metropolitan area’s fastest-growing residential catchments.
The transaction was negotiated by Aidan Austen, Executive, Investment Services at Colliers, and Richard Cash, State Chief Executive, Western Australia.
Leased to Competitive Foods Australia, trading as Hungry Jack’s, the asset offered investors a secure and highly sought-after income profile, underpinned by a nationally recognised operator and investor-favoured lease terms including net rental structure and fixed annual rental growth.
Aidan Austen | Executive, Investment Services said the result reflected sustained demand for fast food investments backed by national brands in high-growth metropolitan locations.
“The campaign generated strong interest from private investors, syndicators and passive capital groups seeking secure income and exposure to convenience-based retail. We recorded 124 enquiries, six formal offers and more than $17 million in unsatisfied capital, demonstrating the depth of demand for quality QSR investments in the current market.”
Richard Cash | State Chief Executive, WA said essential-service assets continued to perform strongly as investors prioritised income security and long-term rental growth.
“Assets leased to established fast food operators continue to attract strong competition, particularly where they are positioned within high-growth corridors and supported by transparent lease structures. The Dayton result is another example of the market’s confidence in well-located convenience investments across metropolitan Perth.”
