When DevelopmentReady first launched in 2015 (then known as PermitReady), its primary focus was on showcasing residential opportunities, and through that, we have retained a powerful user base of residential developers.
We have found that of our more than 40,000 verified developer subscribers, around 40% are seeking residential development opportunities, with a strong appetite for two-plus townhouse development opportunities, residential greenfield opportunities, and small-scale apartment and mixed-use opportunities.
Our renewed focus on residential development opportunities grants both developers and agency clients the ability to use our platform as a one-stop for all development opportunities, Australia-wide. This will increase market coverage for agents while allowing our developer audience a greater breadth of opportunities when planning and executing projects.
