An enormous 3100sqm development site in Croydon sold under the hammer on Saturday with six bidders competing for the keys to secure the popular site situated within the General Residential Zone.
Rob Forbes of Phillip Webb handled the sale, with the winning bidder, a developer, paying $1.7 million for the project.
