A local developer has purchased a 722sq m DA approved 36-place childcare centre at 25 Parsons Circuit from KVCI Pty Ltd.
The property, which sits on a corner site with main road exposure in the booming northwest suburb of Kellyville, was sold in just one week.
It was hotly contested by a range of developers and childcare operators, resulting in a swift sale above the expected selling price.
Grant Bulpett, Demi Carigliano and Anthony Pirrottina of Knight Frank negotiated the sale.
