Ricardo and Fergus sit within CBRE’s advisory & transaction team and form part of the middle markets division, specifically focusing on the industrial sector.
The pair focus on sales and leasing of vacant industrial property as well as serviced land sales, with the criteria for middle markets typically encompassing warehouses between 2,000 – 8,000sqm of built form and land parcels from between 500 – 30,000 sqm.
Forming a strong partnership over the past five years, Ricardo and Fergus are part of the wider Western team that now includes eight specialists with a combined leasing market share above 4,000sqm of 63%.
Throughout the past few years, Australia’s and indeed Melbourne’s industrial property markets have experienced substantial growth, with land values in the West of Melbourne essentially doubling in the last two years alone.
