Founded in 1955 by Peter's father Sidney, Monarch is highly-regarded across the property industry for it's large-scale land estates and mixed-use residential developments including the $350m Macquarie Links Estate, the $150m The Meadows at Bardia Estate and the $80m Narellan Garden Estate to name a few.
Peter has been an integral part of the Monarch business since his appointment as CEO in January of 1970, leading the company through multiple peaks and troughs including recessions to become one of the Country's oldest & most successful private property development firms.
