Prior to joining Jarden in October of last year, Lou spent over eighteen years at Morgan Stanley, initially as a Property & REITs Analyst for over eleven years, before rising to become Head of Australian Equities Research, a role he held for six years.
During his time with Morgan Stanley, he was also appointed Global Head of Data in the firm's research division based in New York.
Given his extensive career experience, Lou is regularly called upon to present at industry property forums as well as provide expert analysis on the key themes affecting the commercial real estate sector to a number of domestic & international news publications.
