Our special guest is Greg Miles - one of the Country's preeminent commercial property identities having spent over two decades as a senior leader inside Westfield, including as President & Chief Operating Officer of the company's US operations and more recently as Chief Operating Officer of Westfield Australia owner, Scentre Group, for close to five years.
Greg's intricate knowledge and experience in retail property, design development and consumer behaviour was highly valued within the Westfield business including by it's founding members, the Lowy Family, with these experiences and insights paving the way for him to become a Co-owner and Director of the IP Generation platform, a specialist retail investment fund manager, alongside recent guest of the program Chris Lock.
Outside of his immediate corporate interests, Greg is also the soon-to-be Chairman of RAM Property Funds Management Limited, a soon to be listed essential services property fund with circa $700m of assets under management.
He is also Chairman of fintech Till Payments and a former Director of industry group the Shopping Centre Council of Australia.
