Sydney’s new and fast growing commercial real estate sales and leasing group, X Commercial, has landed more key signings for its agency business to bolster their Lower North Shore office.
With over 40 years of combined industry experience, across North Sydney, St Leonards, Neutral Bay and the Northern CBD Fringe, Jennifer Hampton and Tina Simek have joined X Commercial as Directors of Sales and Leasing. Previously they worked at LJ Hooker Commercial, where they assisted the agency in building a North Sydney Commercial Sales and Leasing team.

X Commercial currently operates from four major metropolitan locations from the north to south of the city with 25 sales and leasing agents, over 1,400 commercial properties under management and a solid pipeline of commercial listings across a broad range of suburbs and asset types throughout Sydney.
