Windsor development site changes hands for $10.4m

An existing Windsor apartment block has changed hands to a local development group for $10.4 million.

The apartment block, formally known as the 'Masonic Court Retirement Community' property is located at 105 Punt Road and includes 40 existing apartments which was sold with permit approval for redevelopment of a nine-level 76 unit building.

Positioned on one of Melbourne’s grandest boulevards in Punt Road, the site is situated on a highly attractive, central and convenient corner plottage near an incredible array of amenities, not least the famed St Kilda Road and Albert Park precincts, trendy Prahan and South Yarra lifestyle destinations and the enormous retail, shopping and dining Chapel Street strip.

The deal was struck by CBRE's Julian White, Scott Orchard and Josh Rutman via an EOI campaign.
