As public auctions started to resume following Victoria's third lockdown, a large crowd of approximately 30 people gathered to bid or get a glimpse of the South Yarra retail opportunity.
Located at 475 Malvern Road, the shop that was up for sale was known as a tennis shop 'KK Tennis'. With much anticipation the auction started on a vendor bid of $750,000. With 4 genuine bidders fighting for the well situated shop, the property was declared 'on the market' at $920,000 before finally being sold for $937,000.
