Local developer Metta Development has purchased a medium-density residential townhouse development site at 9 & 9a Old Berowra Road from a local family.
The 1,833sq m property currently has two freestanding dwellings on it, but is ripe for development with favourable planning controls allowing for a townhouse development.
It was sold under the hammer for $700,000 over the reserve, with six registered bidders following 80 enquiries during the auction campaign.
