Market update and this week’s featured development sites – VIC, NSW & QLD


Given the election and financial year are now firmly in the background, things are starting to get back to normal with a steady flow of new development opportunities hitting the marketing over August along with a record number of enquires to date.

Our take on the recent month of activity shows a clear move towards boutique inspired development opportunities within both the apartment and townhouse segments – with sites selling with or without development approval.


With banks tightening their lending belts, we now see the second and third tier finance firms throwing open the doors for developers in order to help settle or provide construction capital to developers for their projects.
