JLL QLD Metropolitan and Regional Land team have announced the appointment of a new Senior Executive - Liam Petersen.
Liam joins JLL from a town planning background, specifically as a consultant at Urbis, and will work alongside Jake Burrowes, another ex-town planner who has six years' experience with developers to deliver projects across Queensland. He studied a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Town Planning and Property Economics at QUT.
"Liam has been brought onboard to apply his knowledge and skillset to land opportunities across South East Queensland," said Mr. Burrowes. "We have found town planning to be invaluable to our clients. It offers a strong fundamental skillset in understanding property development."
The rapid growth of the team shows JLL's clear intent to capitalize on the current market sentiment towards development sites in southeast Queensland. .
