The new Comments feature allows prospects to leave questions and feedback directly on documents or within the dataroom. Agents and admins can reply from inside InstaDocs, keeping communication in one place and eliminating email chains. This improves transparency, reduces response time, and showcases which prospects are actively engaging with your content.
Hot Buyers [BETA]
Hot Buyers automatically highlights prospects who demonstrate strong interest based on their in platform behaviour. These recommendations appear within the prospects page and campaign reporting, giving agents a clearer view of who to prioritise. This is the first step toward deeper buyer intelligence capabilities that will continue to evolve in future releases.
Customisable NDA for Conjunctional Agencies
Campaigns run with a conjunctional agency now have more flexibility around confidentiality. Agents can embed a custom third party NDA that prospects must sign before accessing the dataroom.
Document Watermark Fix
A key fix ensures that any document downloaded individually correctly displays the chosen watermark when enabled.
