Bungee jumping “next big thing” in residential development

Extra features’ in property speak used to mean a swimming pool and double garage – but today’s fast-paced urban dweller wants more.

Queensland developers Four One have responded. Hoping to satisfy the modern consumer’s insatiable appetite for adrenaline, the company has announced plans to include a bungee jumping platform in their latest development, Phule Towers.

The lavish high-rise apartments will be built in central Gold Coast, catering to big players – and thrill-seekers – in the Queensland prestige real estate market.

An expected spend of $20 million will go towards the towers, which will allow residents to drop a whopping 200m from the top floor.

Other features include a meditation area, spa and yoga centre and executive restaurant and bar with gaping views of Mermaid Beach.
