Belle Property Commercial has announced the acquisition of Axis Property, marking a significant expansion in its commercial property services across Melbourne.
As part of the acquisition, Axis Property will now operate under the Belle Property Commercial brand, integrating its expertise, portfolio, and client relationships into Belle Property Commercial’s growing operations. The integration officially commences as of 5th November 2025.
Charles Carty and Nick Mavrodglos will continue as the Principal Directors, leading the combined business forward. Daniel Liberman, the former owner of Axis Property, will transition out of ownership but will remain involved as a consultant, focusing on sales and leasing projects and maintaining client relationships.

Belle Property Commercial will operate from its newly consolidated office at 100 Tope Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205, providing a central hub for clients and staff alike.
